昨天。。。
跟小晋姐姐一起熬夜。。。
好玩。。。
bio past year 做完了。。。
终于。。。
花了4天时间。。。
T…T。。。

昨天。。。
跟小晋姐姐＋她的家人去leisure mall...
哥哥要给东西祖光。。。
所以就call mai 他们两条水来。。。

不出我所料，
一个穿黑衣(祖强)，一个穿白衣(祖光)。
给他们炸到。。。

但是。。。
很开心咯。。。
收到今年第一份生日礼物。。。
他们一起送的。。。
是那种放在那边给它晒太阳它就会摇的小植物。。。
snoopy 头来的。。。
cute 到。。。

然后。。。
因为妈妈去中国前有给我们secret recipe 的voucher...
所以我们就请他们吃啦。。。
他们吃鸡扒饭。。。
不会切。。。
哈哈哈。。。
祖强聪明一点。。。

祖光就。。。(还要我们教)
想到就好笑。。。

但是。。。
有一点心痛咯。。。
花了很多钱。。。

从生理上讲，老鹰是可以活70岁左右，但它在40岁时，必须做一次十分重要的改变。因为当老鹰活到40岁的时候，它的爪子就开始老化，无法有效地抓着猎物，而它的啄变得又长又弯，几乎要碰到胸膛，它的翅膀也变得沉重，再难展翅翱翔。

它只有两种选择：一是等死，二是通过改变使自己“再生”。这次痛苦改变的代价是，它必须在悬崖停留150天，不能飞翔。

在这150天里，老鹰首先必须要用它们的啄击打岩石，把啄敲击脱落,然后静静地等待新的啄长出来。接着它会用“新啄”把指甲一根一根地拔出来，然后静静地等待新的指甲长出来。再接着，用新指甲把羽毛一片一片地拔掉。可以想像，这是怎样的痛苦和寂寞！但这之后，老鹰又可以展翅飞翔，再活30年。

人的一生总有退化衰落的时候，但只要生命没有到终点，只要我们有足够的勇气，都有机会获得“再生”。

世界性的甲型H1N1流感警报一天比一天甚嚣尘上。世界各国政府都高度警惕着。最近一期的《时代》杂志在其封面上问道，“H1N1:到底会有多糟？”回答是，“逾二十亿人口将感染。数千所学校将被迫关闭。数百万人需要接种疫苗两次”。

文章同时还指出，目前全球制药公司的疫苗生产量仅为每年8亿剂，而世界上有着60亿人口。所以，甲流到了高峰期的后果会不堪设想。除此之外，接种疫苗要到今年10月份才能研发出来，而其真正防疫作用要在今年圣诞节时才能见效。那么，再此期间怎么办？会有多少人在此次全球性的流感大袭击中死亡？最后，是不是某些人只能变成世界流感历史的一个统计数据！你能做些什么？政府应怎么调整应对策略？

看起来，我们现在不能完全的依赖科学或是某社会体制来保护我们了。唯一可靠的就是我们自己身体的抗疫能力，人人必须自保。我们需要在各自的社区内实行自身的有序的推广抗疫的工作； 如何联合起来，努力维护零感染的目标。不要恐慌； 提高警戒，加强监督。孩子们的学校、附近的医院诊所。怎样做到更有效的防御？

我们所知和所能做什么？
守则1：必须正观流感的威胁，采取严肃的态度严控H1N1。
守则2：增强你的抵抗力，保证自己处在最佳的状态。
守则3：保持良好的卫生，勤洗手；如果一发病， 自己自动的隔离。

打败H1N1 !!!!!
